Phase 2 training
A one-week course for the Road Safety Officers of the future
On behalf of the National Staff Training Group, we run this course jointly with TMS Consultancy. It is designed for new entrants to the profession who have already completed Phase 1 or have 6-12 months on job experience. Each delegate has opportunities to learn from experienced tutors and discover together how people work in other organisations.
Delegates learn through doing rather than listening. The modules consists of a combination of formal listening and practical activities, including discussions, group work and on site work.
